Oats
Our oat flakes are made from whole oat groats, locally produced (100% Canadian oats). The grains are carefully selected to obtain clean, white, and healthy oats. The oats are dehulled to remove the fibrous outer shell and then steamed to stabilize the lipolytic enzymes. They are then processed into flakes in our certified facility.
