Barley

Pot barley is an unprocessed whole grain from which only the outer hull has been removed (or polished), leaving the bran layer and kernel intact. Pot barley is used particularly in the brewing industry and in whisky production. This highly nutritious cereal contains many nutrients essential to a healthy diet. Our pot barley undergoes a cleaning process to remove the outer husk and any impurities. Our barley is rigorously selected and 100% Canadian.
