Oats are first milled to remove the outer fibrous hull, then steam-heated to stabilize lipolytic enzymes. Finally, they are rolled into flakes at our certified processing facility.

Quick Oat Flakes

Oat groats are made from clean, sound Canadian oats. The oats are dehulled to remove the outer fibrous hull, then steam-cooked to preserve their culinary quality and extend the product’s shelf life. This product is considered a whole grain.
